Can I Vote in the Primary?

Everyone has a right to vote, but the rules about who can vote, when you can vote, and what you need to do before voting, differ from state to state. Most citizens who are at least 18 years old can vote. Some states allow 17 year olds to vote if they will be 18 by the general election, and most allow ex-offenders to vote once they've served their time.
